Can you contract in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD?

Contracts and invoices can be issued in GBP, EUR, US Dollars, and Canadian Dollars, with local banking facilities available for each. Other currencies on request.

What is the commitment for Success Service?

Success Service operates on a one-year minimum term to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support.

What are the payment terms?

The solution fee is invoiced upfront. Success Service is billed monthly, or annually on request. All invoices are due within 30 days.

Can I implement multiple instances of Policy Express?

Yes. Organisations with operations across different geographies or divisions can deploy multiple instances of Policy Express. Each additional instance is charged at 50% of the standard fees for implementation and Success Service when deployed to the same tenant.
